Cancellation Policy

From Now through 24th
December 2007 and from 1st February 2008

• Full Refund : Hotel
must received cancellation notice in writing 14 days
prior to arrival date.
• 50% Refundable : Hotel must received cancellation
notice in writing 7 days prior to arrival date.
• Non - Refundable : Should THR not receive cancellation
notice 72 hours prior to the arrival date or your
reservation becomes a No SHOW reservation, your payment
will be non-refundable.
From 26th December 2007 through
10th January 2008
• Full Refund : Hotel must received cancellation notice
in writing 35 days prior to arrival date.
• 50% Refundable : Hotel must received cancellation
notice in writing 30 days prior to arrival date.
• Non - Refundable : Should THR not receive cancellation
notice 21days prior to the arrival date or your reservation
becomes a No SHOW reservation, your payment will be
non-refundable.
Remark :
• In case of the cancellation which is granted a full
refund, the cancellation fees/penalty will be levied.
This cancellation fee/penalty is at 10% of the total
amount of the full payment.
• All cancellation will be deductable from total invoice
for Bank and Credit Card Cancellation Fee, According
